The project will feature strategic transportation enhancements, including turn lanes and potential traffic signals along Route 3, as well as extensive buffering and architectural design standards to minimize visual impact. Additionally, 18 acres will be dedicated to King George County for public use, and Green Energy Ventures has committed to financial contributions to support public safety and county resources.
